Roast level Medium
- Origins: An evergreen blend we keep on the shelf year-round. Coffee is seasonal, so the components rotate as harvests change. The base is always a majority washed coffee, typically from Central or South America, with a smaller share of natural coffee that may come from the Americas or Africa, depending on the season. Our medium roast, and the one we recommend for espresso.
- Process: Washed base with a natural component

Say hello to our first blend! Swingset is named to evoke fun, ease, and crowd-pleasing enjoyment - who doesn't love a swing set? We blend seasonal coffees, mostly washed Central and South American lots, pairing a sweet, chocolatey base with a fruit-forward natural. As crops come and go, the components change, but the cup stays the same easygoing, caramelly classic. Shifting the roast profile closer to espresso/medium territory brings out a full body and an almost savory element to this blend. Swingset is an easygoing, morning comfort, sunshine-in-a-cup kind of coffee that you can return to again and again.
