    This coffee is sourced from smallholder farms in the Kintamani Highlands of Bali, where coffee is grown in volcanic soil alongside citrus trees. Production is organized through Subak Abian, a traditional farming system rooted in ecological balance and community structure.

    The coffee is processed as a full natural, with whole cherry dried on raised beds—an approach adopted to address water scarcity in the region while preserving fruit character. The result is a structured but expressive cup, with tropical fruit, citrus, and chocolate notes shaped by both environment and process.

    In an effort to provide the freshest coffee possible with the lowest amount of waste, all coffee orders will be roasted at the beginning of the week and shipped out within two business days of roast.
