This coffee is produced by smallholder farmers organized through the ACEC cooperative in Cauca, Colombia. The group has spent decades supporting organic cultivation and centralized processing, allowing each producer to manage their own micro-mill while maintaining consistency across the lot.
Grown between 900 and 1,650 meters in volcanic soils, the coffee is fully washed and dried in the sun. The cup is bright and structured, with citrus-forward acidity, soft tropical sweetness, and a chocolate base that carries through the finish.
