A fruit-forward natural from the women of Marcala.
This coffee comes from women producers who are members of APROCOMSA, a cooperative in the mountains around Marcala, Honduras. Marcala is one of the few places in the country with its own protected designation of origin. The coffee grows at 1,200 to 1,700 meters and is processed as a natural: whole cherries dry slowly in the sun on raised beds, which gives the cup its jammy sweetness. It tastes like summer fruit and pastry, and it's still easy to brew any way you like.
