Like the vast majority of coffee producers in Colombia, this group of producers, organized around the Federación Campesina Del Cauca (FCC), cultivate, harvest and process coffee on small family owned farms.  For the FCC, the focus starts with educating producer-members to successfully produce organic matter to productively cultivate high quality coffee.

Processing Details

With just a few acres, each member manages their own micro-mills where meticulous care in cherry selection, depulping, fermenting, and drying coffee takes place.  The attention to details has earned the FCC a reputation for producing specialty coffee.
