The region is known for its fertile volcanic soils and some of the most well-preserved Typica genetics in the coffee world. Farmers selectively harvest ripe cherry, which is then processed as a full natural and dried on raised beds before being milled at the Kagamuga Dry Mill.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis lot was developed in partnership with Monpi Coffee and the Kindeng Wet Mill, where cherry was separated specifically for natural processing rather than the more common washed method.
